Booking policies

All prices are per apartment including VAT and water taxes, gas and electricity expenses, cleaning, change of towels and bed linen once a week. There are no extra beds.

Minimum stays: 2 nights.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All year except June 15th to September 15th:

  • A deposit of 25% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking.
  • Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival – deposit refund
  • Cancellation 3 to 2 days before arrival – 25% of the total stay will be charged
  • Cancellation 1 day before – 50% of the total stay will be charged
  • No-Show: 100% charge of the total stay

June 15th to September 15th inclusive:

  • A deposit of 25% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation 15 or more days before arrival – deposit refund
  • Cancellation 14 to 7 days before arrival – 25% of the total stay will be charged
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
  • No-Show: 100% charge of the total stay

Note: Please note that for special rates, offers, packages and other promotions, different and specific cancellation conditions may apply. Please confirm cancellation policies during the booking process.

Customers must leave a deposit of €250.00 per apartment or house at check-in (in cash, check or credit card), which will be returned at check-out. If there is any damage to the home and after contact with the customer, this amount, or part of it, may be retained to recover the losses incurred.

The maximum capacity of each apartment is as follows:

  • T1 – 4 people
  • T2 – 6 people
  • T3 – 8 people

We do not have extra beds.


Pets allowed: maximum one animal per apartment. An extra fee of €15/night applies.

Prainhamar reserves the right to charge an additional fee of €100.00 per person/night if the maximum capacity of the apartments is exceeded. If customers decide to cancel their reservation because they do not agree with this condition, there will be no refund.

Change of sheets and towels once a week.

Photos of accommodations are published for illustrative purposes only and Vitasol Park cannot guarantee that the accommodation booked will be exactly identical to the images, as each accommodation unit has different owners.

From November to May, the restaurant and supermarket are closed. Please note that the opening hours of these facilities are always subject to change without prior notice.

The following document sets out the treatment we give to the personal data of those who use the official Prainha website.

It is PRAINHAMAR – EXPLORAÇÃO HOTELEIRA, S.A, legal entity number 503.306.622, with headquarters at Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, Praia dos Três Irmãos, 8500-072 Alvor, entity that processes all personal data within the scope of the General Regulation on Protection of data processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as technical security measures essential for the processing of personal data.

Our records include data that were obtained throughout the contractual relationship you maintained with us, which is intended to be lawful, fair and transparent.

These personal data are the subject of processing operations, considering for this purpose any operation or set of operations carried out on data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, broadcast or any other form of availability, comparison or interconnection, limitation or erasure or destruction.

Such data processing is based on its necessity for the execution of the contract, to which the data subject is a party, constituting an essential requirement for its execution to become possible.

Your reservation is created using your personal data with all the requested requirements. Our intention is to provide a service in accordance with your expectations, from the moment of booking until the moment after your stay and to this end, your data is essential for us to proceed accordingly.

The following are the processing operations of each user’s personal data, for their respective purposes: name, address, telephone contact, e-mail, NIF, gender, nationality, date of birth, credit card details, for the purposes provision of contracted services and issuance of the respective invoice.

The processing of personal data may also be based on its need to comply with legal obligations on the part of PRAINHAMAR, namely for the purposes of accounting records with the Tax Authority and will be kept for the period necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

PRAINHAMAR will not process any personal data of its customers for purposes not strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the respective contract or respective legal obligations, unless it has obtained the prior, express, free and informed consent of the respective holders for the effect, or if it is based on any other situation of legality of the processing, under legal terms.

Therefore, all personal data, subject to processing by PRAINHAMAR, are pertinent, adequate and limited to what is necessary, in relation to the purposes for which they are subject to processing, being processed in a way that guarantees their accuracy, updating and security, including protection against unauthorized or illicit processing, against accidental loss, destruction or damage, with all technical organizational measures considered appropriate for this purpose being adopted.

The personal data transferred will be made available to PRAINHAMAR’s administrative services, which assumes a commitment to confidentiality and is subject to legal obligations, with the data being retained until the end of the existing commercial relationship, at the end of which the data will be deleted, extinguishing all and any processing operation that concerns the respective data, except for data contained in the accounting record, which will be kept for the legally required period.
