Loyalty Club

The loyalty program Prainha is owned by the Prainha group and gives Members the opportunity to enjoy benefits, according to the selected hotel unit and the booking history of each member.

Registration and benefits are available at the following units, operated by PrainhaMar, SA:

  • Aldeamento da Prainha
  • Prainha Clube
  • VitaSol Park

And according to the following levels:

  • Sand: Up to 14 nights
  • Wave: 15 to 49 nights
  • Búzio: more than 50 nights

 

Membership in the Club can be made by individuals over 18 years old and the Program benefits are only available with the identification, at the time of booking, of the Members and the indication of their respective Member Number, personal and non-transferable. Any Member may terminate their participation in the Program at any time through the dedicated customer area on the website or by email.

Accommodation reservations must be made by the Participant through the website www.prainha.net or through the Reservations Service of the specific unit. Reservations made through other platforms or partners do not grant access to these benefits even if the customer is a program member. After check out, the number of nights of the stay is added to the Member’s total nights and progression is made, if applicable.

The benefits granted to members of the Prainha loyalty Club are not cumulative with other offers, promotions, or special programs and subscription is canceled or the level of participation changed if there are no bookings confirmed at the group units within a year or if there is misuse of the program’s conditions.

The registration of a member of the Loyalty Club, with their data in our system (assuming the collection and processing of the following personal data: full name, gender, date of birth, country of origin, identification document, phone, and email address), implies acceptance of the conditions of our Club and the consent of the holders for the use of the contact data.

The disclosure of the Prainha Loyalty Club and other related communications is made through email or other communication channels, being generic or specifically targeted to the interests and preferences of each Member, identified through the analysis of the customer account associated with the Member Number assigned to each Participant. The account holder is responsible for keeping this data updated at all times, and membership may be suspended when the data is outdated.

Any complaints from Members about the application/enjoyment of benefits should be addressed to the respective hotel unit, attaching the invoice of the stay or other supporting document of the complaint.

These terms may be changed at any time by the Prainha Group, without the need for any prior communication. The Prainha Group will always keep the current program conditions on the site (www.prainha.net).

Benefits:

Benefits valid for all Members (free or discounted)

  • Accommodation: discount applicable on accommodation from the rates published on the website www.prainha.net and specifically marked as Members in the Program or indicated by the Reservations Service.
  • 1 bottle of water: Members are entitled to one bottle of water per stay.
  • Access to exclusive offers: Members will have the right, occasionally and at the free discretion of the Prainha Group, to early access to promotions.
  • Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out: subject to availability verification by the hotel with a maximum advance of 12 hours. Benefit with a 30% discount for Sand Members and free for the others.

 

Exclusions:

  • discount not applicable to package rates that include any other items, be it products or services;
  • each Member may enjoy the discount up to a maximum of 3 accommodation units (apartments/villas), provided that the payment is made by the Participant himself and the invoice is issued in his name.

 

Benefits valid for Wave and Búzio Members for free

  • Welcome pack: On arrival, Members will have a bottle of water + biscuits + juice in the accommodation unit.
  • Reservation contact: Before the public sales open, an email will be sent to each Member so they can make a reservation ensuring date availability and the best price.

 

Benefits valid for Búzio Members

  • Priority in choosing the house: When booking, the reservation holder may indicate the preferred house/location and, if available, will be allocated to that house, even if there are other requests for the same.
  • Payment at check out: In order to streamline the check-in process, payment for the stay can be made during the stay by bank transfer/at reception or at check out with a bank card.
  • Restaurants: discount at the property’s restaurants.

 

Exclusions:

  • Consumption below 10€
  • gastronomic events, special packages, promotions, and specific restaurant actions;
  • meals for groups of more than 10 people.

 

Personal Data

PRAINHAMAR, SA., hereinafter PRAINHA GROUP is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data, and may, within its activity, use entities subcontracted by it to pursue the purposes indicated here.

PRAINHA GROUP collects and processes, among others, the following personal data:

  • Reservations: name, email address, telephone number, address, payment method, and reservation details
  • Newsletter: name, email address, country.

 

While browsing the website, PRAINHA GROUP may collect information about the computer, including IP address, operating system, and browser used, for administrative purposes and information aggregation for our advertisers.

PRAINHA GROUP assumes that the data has been provided by the data subjects themselves or that they have given authorization to do so and presumes that the data is truthful and up to date.

Personal data may be collected through the following means:

(d) In person

The collected data is processed and stored electronically and in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation, being stored in specific databases, created for this purpose, by PRAINHA GROUP or by entities subcontracted by it.

Some personal data collected on the website are mandatory, and in case of absence or insufficiency of this data, PRAINHA GROUP may not be able to provide the services or information requested by you. In each specific case, PRAINHA GROUP will inform you of the mandatory nature of providing the personal data in question.

Your data is intended to be part of a personal data file that the Prainha Group may use for the following purposes:

Booking and staying management

Billing and payment verification

Providing the necessary information for your stay at the Hotel

Conducting satisfaction surveys related to your stay

Complaints and customer support management

Contact list

Sending newsletters

Sending marketing actions

Compliance with other legal or regulatory obligations

Market studies, evaluation surveys, and statistical analysis.

For the pursuit of the purposes identified above, the Prainha Group may interconnect the collected data for the purpose of updating and completing such data.
