You may book various activities such as mini golf, skydiving, water park tickets, and boat trips with local companies through our Reception, subject to availability and additional cost.
Babysitting
Babysitting service subject to availability and additional cost.
Parking
Free parking is available at Prainha Clube and Aldeamento da Prainha. We also offer covered garage spaces, for your convenience, located in Aldeamento da Prainha, in blocks G19 and G20. Advance reservation is recommended with a cost of €20/day.
Cleaning
Cleaning and towel change is carried out every 3 days. Bed linen is changed once a week.
Maintenance
Despite the careful inspection of accommodation units before check-in, if you notice any malfunction or breakdown, please contact Reception to schedule your maintenance request with our team.
Florist Requests
You may order flowers through Reception; the request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Reception
Reception is located in the Prainha Clube building and operates 24 hours a day with a team prepared to assist with whatever you may request. From November to March, opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Restaurant reservations
You may make reservations for our restaurants directly or through our Reception, as well as for various restaurants in the region.
Security and Video Surveillance
For your safety, Prainha has a video surveillance system and qualified security staff available 24 hours a day.
Transfers and Taxi
Transfers to and from the airport, as well as to other destinations, are available upon prior booking and additional cost. The taxi service is available 24 hours a day, without prior booking, subject to availability at the time.
Currency Exchange
Currency exchange service available. This service may incur bank charges.

You can book a wide range of excursions, boat trips, outdoor activities, extreme activities and much more.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available in both the apartments and reception area of Prainha Clube, as well as in the accommodation of Prainha Village.
