Cleaning
For guests, cleaning service is made every 3 days. Change of towels and bed sheets once a week.
Emergency doctor
In case you need a doctor during your stay, please contact the reception that will provide you a medical home (subject to availability and extra cost) or contact and directions of the hospitals, centre cares and service pharmacies.

Free parking available for Prainha Clube and Prainha Village guests.
Golf
You can book the best golf courses in the region at preferential rates. To enjoy these discounts you must have the voucher given to you at the moment of the booking by reception and present it in golf course.

Free wi-fi at Prainha Clube apartments and Reception and at all accommodations at Aldeamento da Prainha.
Laundry service
Laundry service is also available. Extra charged.
Maintenance
Despite the careful inspection made to the properties prior to check-in, if you detect any malfunction or damage, please inform our Reception to send our maintenance team. From 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
