General conditions Prainha Clube & Prainha Village


Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. onward
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

There is a compulsory deposit of € 250,00 for clients of Prainha Village for each apartment/house, which has to be left at reception at the check-in (in cash, cheque or credit card), which will be returned at the check-out.

When checking out, clients have to leave the dishes and tableware washed up; if this is not the case, we will deduct € 75,00 from the deposit.

The maximum capacities for each apartment / villa are as follows:

T0 - 2 people T3 - 7 people
T1 - 3 people T4 - 9 people
T2 - 5 people V4 villas with private pool – 10 pessoas.

Prainha Club & Prainha Touristic Village: change of linen once a week and change of towels twice a week
In both units, there is no cleaning service on Sundays and bank holidays;

Pets are not allowed under any circumstance;

Complaints will only be accepted if made during the client’s stay and only if presented to the management in writing.

Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations 30 days before the date of arrival: full refund;
• Cancellations between 29 and 14 days before the date of arrival: 50% refund;
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the date of arrival: no refund.

SECURITY POLICY AND DATA TRANSMISSION IN PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD

1) Data codification
All the transactions made through this website using credit card are protected, being all the information collected automatically codified through SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer).

2) Data treatment
All the information used to make payments, such as credit card details, are never stored. All the information is collected under the terms according to law.
